"Pediatric Precision Oncology: Promise and Pitfalls"
I will discuss the promising results of a recently published first-in-children trial of the BRAF inhibitor dabrafenib for which I am a co-author, and then discuss some of the challenges facing pediatric oncologists in implementing molecularly targeted therapies, using the Canadian pediatric precision cancer program PROFYLE as an example.
