Amb el lema 'Una nova manera de construir seguretat', el proper 17 de setembre, l'Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron organitza la 8a Jornada de Seguretat del Pacient. En aquesta ocasió, la Jornada s'orienta a mostrar de forma pràctica com podem generar seguretat a partir de la veu dels pacients, la mirada dels professionals i la millora dels processos.
Ho farem amb un cas demostrador de les reaccions adverses a la immunoteràpia, que pot ser d'aplicació a qualsevol altre procés assistencial d'alta complexitat. L'objectiu final és compartir aprenentatges útils perquè altres equips puguin abordar reptes similars en els seus propis circuits assistencials.
La Jornada s'adreça a professionals interessats en seguretat del pacient, qualitat assistencial, pràctica clínica adequada, oncologia, farmacovigilància, infermeria, continuïtat assistencial i millora de processos.
