Communications Management
This department works to ensure high quality communication and citizen attention, allowing us to be closer to the patient, the public and the professionals. For this reason, the Communication, Corporate Strategy and Citizen Attention Management department is developing a transversal and transmedia approach to leadership, strategy, corporate identity and transparency at the service of the entire Hospital Campus.
The main objective is for Vall d’Hebron and its professionals to be universally recognised as the health centre of reference, and for citizens to receive the best possible response at all times.
This ensures that professionals and patients can be more connected than ever before.
