We participate as a highly specialized health center in 20 minority disease networks, which allows us to share resources and knowledge with other top European hospitals. Also we have 34 CSUR accreditations (centers, services and reference units of the National Health System). ERN European Reference Networks are virtual networks of professionals and researchers with a high degree of specialisation in specific rare, low-prevalence diseases and more complex pathologies. Among the requirements are the need to address patients’ rights, the implementation of a quality assurance programme and the establishment of an annual audit plan.
