SOM VALLÈS TRAIL es una caminata solidaria por equipos de 68km que recorre los caminos y veredas del Vallès Occidental. No es solo un reto deportivo, sino una experiencia de superación con un claro objetivo solidario: ayudar en la lucha contra las enfermedades y apoyar a causas sociales.El acontecimiento está pensado porque personas de todas las edades y niveles puedan participar, ya sea andando o corriendo, siempre en equipo. El objetivo es recorrer la distancia escogida en grupo y demostrar que, sumando esfuerzos, se pueden conseguir grandes hitos, tanto deportivas como solidarias.La participación es por equipos de un mínimo de 4 y un máximo de 6 personas. El espíritu de la prueba es el trabajo en equipo, así que el objetivo no es solo llegar, sino hacerlo plegados. Hay diferentes recorridos para que cada equipo pueda elegir su reto según su condición física y nivel de experiencia. Los itinerarios transcurren por caminos y veredas del Vallès, atravesando parajes naturales emblemáticos. No es una competición, no hay clasificaciones ni premios para los más rápidos. El importante es la participación, la colaboración y el espíritu de equipo.Además del reto deportivo, SOM VALLÈS TRAIL tiene una connotación solidaria fundamental. Cada equipo se compromete a recaudar una cantidad mínima de fondo para una causa social o un proyecto de investigación médica.
