Cerca-Rema benvinguda institucional
L’acte ha estat també un espai per reconèixer el camí recorregut i obrir noves perspectives de futur per a la transformació cultural del sistema de recerca.
El Vall d’Hebron Institut de Recerca (VHIR) ha acollit aquest divendres l’acte de cloenda de CERCAREMA, el programa de mentoria feminista impulsat per la Institució CERCA que, entre 2025 i 2026, ha teixit una comunitat de suport, aprenentatge i transformació entre dones dels centres CERCA.
La jornada ha servit per compartir els aprenentatges i fer balanç col·lectiu d’una experiència que ha situat la confiança, la sororitat i el lideratge feminista al centre, com a eines clau per avançar cap a entorns de recerca més equitatius, segurs i sostenibles. L’acte ha estat també un espai per reconèixer el camí recorregut i obrir noves perspectives de futur per a la transformació cultural del sistema de recerca.
La benvinguda institucional ha anat a càrrec de Montserrat Giménez Prous, gerent del centre, i de la Dra. Laia Pellejà, directora de la Institució CERCA (I-CERCA), que han destacat la importància d’impulsar polítiques i programes que situïn les persones i la igualtat al centre de l’activitat científica.
Tot seguit, Núria Alcaraz, responsable de la Unitat de Gènere d’I-CERCA, i Elena Redondo, responsable de la Unitat de Talent, han exposat les necessitats i antecedents que van motivar la creació del programa, així com una primera valoració dels seus resultats. La sessió ha comptat també amb les aportacions de Míriam Bayés i Jordina Arnau, formadores dels tallers CERCAREMA, que han posat en valor el caràcter vivencial i transformador del programa.
Un dels moments clau de la jornada ha estat la taula rodona amb participants del programa, que han compartit experiències i aprenentatges des de realitats diverses del sistema CERCA. Hi han intervingut Sònia Alcaraz (CRG), Cristina Solé (VHIR), Laura del Mazo (I3PT) i Maria Eugènia Valdés (ICRA), que han coincidit a destacar el valor del programa per trencar l’aïllament, reforçar la confiança i generar xarxes de suport sòlides entre dones del sistema de recerca.
La cloenda ha anat a càrrec de Núria Almiñana, cap de la Unitat de Coordinació Científica del VHIR, que ha subratllat la importància de consolidar iniciatives com CERCAREMA perquè tinguin un impacte estructural i sostingut en el sistema.
Amb aquesta primera edició, CERCAREMA es consolida com una eina clau de transformació, demostrant que la mentoria feminista no només acompanya trajectòries individuals, sinó que contribueix a construir institucions més justes, segures i capaces de reconèixer tot el talent que les sosté.
