La trobada va permetre compartir experiències, contrastar models organitzatius i posar en comú bones pràctiques amb professionals de tot l’Estat, en un entorn de treball especialment enriquidor.
L’Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron ha tingut una nodrida participació en el V Congrés Nacional de Tècnics Superiors Sanitaris, celebrat a Cadis i organitzat per la Sociedad Española de Tècnics Superiors Sanitaris (SETSS) sota el lema ‘Tècnics Superiors Sanitaris, intel·ligència artificial i futur de la professió’.
A la trobada nacional de Coordinadors de Tècnics Superiors Sanitaris hi van ser presents Francisco Torralba, Pilar Gómez i Fina Rodríguez, coordinadors dels Laboratoris Clínics de Vall d’Hebron. Aquest espai va permetre compartir experiències, contrastar models organitzatius i posar en comú bones pràctiques amb professionals de tot l’Estat, en un entorn de treball especialment enriquidor.
També hi van participar professionals de diverses especialitats en el curs precongrés ‘Gestió d’Equips en l’àmbit dels Tècnics Superiors Sanitaris: Repte i Col·laboració en el Treball’, centrat en eines pràctiques per a la gestió d’equips i en l’intercanvi d’experiències entre professionals.
Durant el congrés, professionals de l’hospital -procedents de diferents serveis i centres adscrits al campus Vall d’Hebron, així com de l’Institut de Diagnòstic per la Imatge- van presentar diversos treballs científics, tant en format de comunicacions orals com en pòsters, tot reflectint el compromís del centre amb l’activitat científica i la millora contínua.
En l’àmbit de les ponències, cal destacar la participació de José Jiménez, supervisor del Laboratori d’Oncologia Molecular i responsable de Qualitat del VHIO, que va intervenir com a ponent en les sessions específiques d’Anatomia Patològica.
Així mateix, tècnics superiors sanitaris vinculats entorn de l’Hospital han tingut un paper rellevant en l’organització del congrés, participant en la seva planificació i desenvolupament.
La presència de l’Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron en aquesta trobada reforça la seva implicació en el desenvolupament professional dels Tècnics Superiors Sanitaris i la seva aposta per la formació, la recerca i el treball col·laboratiu dins del sistema sanitari.
