Aquest fòrum és una jornada dedicada a les malalties minoritàries que posa el focus en les persones i en la importància d’una atenció integral. Al llarg del matí es tractaran temes clau com el paper dels pacients i cuidadors, la coordinació entre entitats, el rol de les administracions en les polítiques públiques i la contribució dels professionals sanitaris.
També s’abordaran aspectes com el diagnòstic precoç, la recerca, la transició assistencial i els recursos disponibles per a pacients i famílies. L’esdeveniment vol ser un espai de reflexió, intercanvi i visibilització, fomentant la col·laboració entre tots els agents implicats per millorar l’atenció i la qualitat de vida de les persones amb malalties rares.
