A càrrec del Dr. Sergio Mora, Doctor en Psicologia i professor associat a la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Especialista en psicologia forense i en l’estudi de la violència en contextos socials i laborals. Ha estat reconegut pel Col·legi Oficial de Psicologia de Catalunya per la seva trajectòria professional.
11.40h – 12.10h Pausa – Espai de reflexió creativaExposició dels quadres sorgits dels espais de reflexió habilitats durant el mes de març als diferents centres del VHIO.
12.10h – 13.20h BLOC 2 · ACTIVAR - De la comprensió a la coherència institucionalA càrrec de Mar Gaya, consultora especialitzada en igualtat de gènere i gestió de persones amb perspectiva de gènere. Psicòloga i Màster en Direcció i Gestió de RRHH (EAE-UPC), amb més de 18 anys d’experiència assessorant organitzacions en plans d’igualtat. Autora de Igualant i membre d’òrgans de referència en igualtat i empresa.
