La neuroarquitectura explora la relació entre l’entorn construït i el funcionament del cervell. Aquesta activitat aborda com l’arquitectura pot influir directament en la salut mental, el benestar emocional i les capacitats cognitives de les persones.
Des d’una perspectiva interdisciplinària, la sessió connecta neurociència, psicologia cognitiva i disseny arquitectònic per analitzar com factors com la llum, el color, l’escala, l’acústica, la geometria i la relació amb la natura afecten les nostres emocions, els nivells d’estrès i els processos cognitius.
Es presentaran principis i estratègies de disseny orientats a crear espais que promoguin el benestar, afavoreixin la concentració, redueixin l’ansietat i millorin l’experiència de les persones que habiten entorns de cura, educatius o laborals. En el context de Barcelona 2026, Capital Mundial de l’Arquitectura, aquesta activitat convida a integrar el coneixement científic en una arquitectura més conscient, empàtica i centrada en les persones.
