Núria Conangla ha decidit fer el concert per animar el seu pare i altres pacients, així com agrair l'atenció al personal sanitari.
En Xavier va ser ingressat fa poc d’un mes a l’Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron. Quan va entrar-hi, ni ell ni la família pensaven que hi seria tant de temps, i amb el pas de les setmanes, a la seva filla li va sorgir la necessitat de fer un gest per reconfortar-lo: un petit concert de violoncel des de la mateixa planta d’hospitalització.
La Núria Conangla és la filla del Xavier. És músic professional i toca diversos instruments, però el principal és el violoncel. Toca tant música clàssica com moderna, fins i tot té un quintet de corda de heavy metal. En el passat ja havia tocat en residències de gent gran pel poder curatiu que té la música. “Per aquest motiu, vaig pensar que, després de tants dies ingressat, la música animaria el meu pare i altres pacients”. Un concert que ha interpretat avui, 21 de juny, Dia Europeu de la Música. La Núria també ha volgut dedicar el concert al personal de Vall d’Hebron, ja que “n’estem molt agraïts, tant jo com el meu pare i tota la família, del tracte que hem rebut”.
