From cell types to tissues: analyze >40 phenotipic and functional markers simultaneosly without compensation
In this seminar we will show:
1. Hyperion system as a multiparametric spatial proteomics analysis platform
2. An easy and flexible design of panels that allows the development and
validation of more than 50 markers in each individual cell easily.
3. The technology of barcoding and storage of labelled samples to
facilitate multicenter studies and allow reproducible results.
