Del 25 al 29 d’abril Vall d’Hebron celebra per primera vegada la Setmana de la Simulació, que tindrà lloc al nou Centre de Simulació Clínica Avançada que es troba a la planta 5 de l'Hospital de Traumatologia, Rehabilitació i Cremats. Aquest centre inclou una nova Àrea d'Alta Complexitat que compta amb la recreació d'espais assistencials com un box d'UCI, un quiròfan, una sala d'urgències, consultes externes i simuladors virtuals.
A través de taules rodones, simpòsiums, showrooms i exhibicions, s’explicaran les últimes novetats de la simulació com a eina de formació i entrenament de professionals en actiu i residents. Gamificació i realitat virtual, integració de la simulació amb els serveis assistencials i el seu paper en la formació del resident seran algunes de les qüestions tractades.
