We are the combination of four hospitals: the General Hospital, the Children’s Hospital, the Women’s Hospital and the Traumatology, Rehabilitation and Burns Hospital. We are part of the Vall d’Hebron Barcelona Hospital Campus: a world-leading health park where healthcare plays a crucial role.
Below we will list the departments and units that form part of Vall d’Hebron Hospital and the main diseases that we treat. We will also make recommendations based on advice backed up by scientific evidence that has been shown to be effective in guaranteeing well-being and quality of life.

El Dr. Robert Fabregat, director general de Recerca i Innovació en Salut conduirà aquest webinar monogràfic sobre l'aliança IRISCAT (Instituts de Recerca i Innovació en Salut de Catalunya).
El Govern de la Generalitat va crear l’aliança IRISCAT per tal de desenvolupar una estratègia coordinada entre els instituts de recerca i innovació del Sistema de Salut de Catalunya, i amb el principal objectiu de millorar la salut de la població del país mitjançant la promoció i l’impuls de la recerca clínica i translacional. Aquest espai de cooperació compte amb la implicació i el compromís de tots els centres d’R+I sanitaris, i té un Pla Estratègic aprovat que inclou diverses línies i accions a desenvolupar per tal de generar sinergies, col·laboracions i abordar reptes de present i futur de forma coordinada. L’aliança IRISCAT obre un gran ventall d’oportunitats per tal de consolidar el nostre ecosistema com a referència en recerca i innovació a nivell d’Europa. Malgrat la crisi social, econòmica i sanitària generada, l’actual pandèmia també ha accelerat moltes d’aquestes iniciatives i ha obert escletxes que hem de poder aprofitar.
