"Epidemiologia, mesures preventives a gran escala i previsions futures de la COVID-19"
Es farà un repàs de les principals caracteristiques epidemiològiques de la COVID-19, l'evolució de la pandemia i la situació actual, així com l'impacte de les mesures de control adoptades a les fases de mitigació i desescalada. Tambè es parlarà dels possibles escenaris de futur i la situació actual de recerca en vacunes enfront el SARS-CoV-2.
Dra. Magda Campins Martí és Llicenciada i doctora en Medicina i Cirurgia i especialista en Medicina Preventiva i Salud Pública. També en Pediatria. Epidemiòloga hospitalària per la Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America and CDC (Atlanta, 1997). També Máster en Gestió Clínica i Organització de Serveis Sanitaris (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona). L'any 2009 vaig rebre el premi a l'Excel·lència Professional del Col·legi Oficial de Metges de Barcelona. En l'àmbit docent, sóc professora de Medicina Preventiva i Epidemiologia de la Facultat de Medicina de la UAB, i professora del Màster Interuniversitari en Salut Pública. UPF/UAB.
