We are the combination of four hospitals: the General Hospital, the Children’s Hospital, the Women’s Hospital and the Traumatology, Rehabilitation and Burns Hospital. We are part of the Vall d’Hebron Barcelona Hospital Campus: a world-leading health park where healthcare plays a crucial role.

Acompanyat per la directora de l’Àrea Sanitària, Xènia Acebes, i Rosa Romà, directora de Ciutadania, Màrqueting i Innovació.
Adrià Comella, director del Servei Català de la Salut, acompanyat per Xènia Acebes, directora de l’Àrea Sanitària, i Rosa Romà, directora de Ciutadania, Màrqueting i Innovació, han visitat avui l’Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron per viure de primera mà l’operativa del dia a dia en la lluita contra el Coronavirus.
En primer lloc han assistit a la reunió diària de les 9 hores en la que el Dr. Albert Salazar i el Dr. Antonio Roman, Gerent i Director Assistencial de l’hospital respectivament, s’adrecen a tots els caps de servei i comandaments d’infermeria de manera presencial i telemàtica per actualitzar les últimes dades i estratègies. Adrià Comella ha aprofitat aquesta reunió per enviar un missatge d’ànims a tots els comandaments i als seus equips, a la vegada que ha felicitat Vall d’Hebron per la seva gestió de la crisi del coronavirus.
Tot seguit s’ha reunit amb l’equip de crítics, on l’han explicat a fons la transformació de Vall d’Hebron durant les últimes setmanes per esdevenir un hospital Covid, i concretament la reconversió d’espais en punts d’UCI. Adrià Comella ha reconegut l’enorme esforç fet per l’hospital, que ha estat decisiu per tal que el Sistema Català de Salut pugui superar aquesta crisi.
