La cap de secció de Farmacologia Clínica de Vall d’Hebron, la Dra. Antònia Agustí, ha estat nomenada nova presidenta de la Societat Espanyola de Farmacologia Clínica (SEFC).
La Dra. Antònia Agustí estarà al capdavant de la Societat Espanyola de Farmacologia Clínica per un període de tres anys, renovable a tres més. La SEFC té com a objectiu contribuir a millorar la qualitat de la terapèutica farmacològica i, en general, les cures i atencions al pacient a través de la col·laboració amb els altres professionals sanitaris tot vetllant per la seva millora científica, tècnica, ètica, social i econòmica.
La Dra. Antònia Agustí valora molt positivament el seu nomenament: “Suposa també un reconeixement al Servei de Farmacologia Clínica de Vall d’Hebron, un dels més grans de l’Estat, amb una gran tradició de formació de residents”, afegeix. La Dra. Antònia Agustí treballa al Servei de Farmacologia Clínica de Vall d’Hebron des del 1991, ha contribuït a la formació d’especialistes en farmacologia clínica i ha dut a terme diversos estudis sobre els resultats de l’ús de medicaments en la pràctica clínica.
