Important representació de Vall d’Hebron al 34 congrés nacional de la Societat Espanyola de Cures Intensives Pediàtriques
L’equip d’infermeria de la Unitat de Cures Intensives Pediàtriques (UCIP) de Vall d’Hebron va comptar amb una presència destacada en el 34 congrés nacional de la Societat Espanyola de Cures Intensives Pediàtriques (SECIP), que va celebrar-se a San Sebastián del 23 al 25 de maig.El primer premi a la millor comunicació d’Infermeria SECIP 2019 van endur-se’l les infermeres del nostre hospital Meritxell Jiménez, Laura Millan, Esther Rivas, Jesús Corrionero i Mª José Muñoz, liderades per dues infermeres expertes en simulació clínica de la unitat. El treball guanyador es titulava ‘Scape box: crear cultura de seguretat mitjançant la simulació clínica’.
El comitè científic d'Infermeria de SECIP reconeix amb aquest premi que la Simulació Clínica associada a la gamificació és una estratègia formativa innovadora a l'hora de millorar la formació i la implicació dels equips assistencials de crítics pediàtrics en temes de seguretat del pacient.
A més, la infermeria de la Unitat de Cures Intensives Pediàtriques de Vall d’Hebron ha presentat un total de deu estudis d’investigació al 34 congrés nacional de la SECIP. La infermera pediàtrica María José Muñoz Blanco va moderar una taula rodona sobre les úlceres per pressió a la UCIP i l’infermer Jesús Corrionero va impartir una ponència sobre l’ús de les tecnologies per garantir la seguretat del pacient a la UCIP.
