We are the combination of four hospitals: the General Hospital, the Children’s Hospital, the Women’s Hospital and the Traumatology, Rehabilitation and Burns Hospital. We are part of the Vall d’Hebron Barcelona Hospital Campus: a world-leading health park where healthcare plays a crucial role.

L’Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron passa del lloc vuitè al cinquè en l’Índex d’Excel·lència Hospitalària, que elabora l’Institut Coordenades de Governança i Economia Aplicada.
L'Institut Coordenades de Governança i Economia Aplicada ha presentat la tercera edició de l'Índex d'Excel·lència Hospitalària, IEH 2017. L'Índex, elaborat mitjançant enquestes a 1.750 professionals de la salut en tota Espanya, mesura l'excel·lència sobre la base dels resultats i percepcions dels professionals que treballen als centres o en el seu entorn. Els resultats transcendeixen el nombre total de serveis oferts als centres per centrar-se en la qualitat i valoració d’aquests. Entre les novetats de l’IEH 2017 destaca l'ascens de l'Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron, empatat amb l'Hospital Gregorio Marañón en el cinquè lloc, que puja des de la vuitena posició el 2016.
