We are the combination of four hospitals: the General Hospital, the Children’s Hospital, the Women’s Hospital and the Traumatology, Rehabilitation and Burns Hospital. We are part of the Vall d’Hebron Barcelona Hospital Campus: a world-leading health park where healthcare plays a crucial role.

L’Associació “Matem lo Bitxo” va acollir els passats 18 i 19 de Novembre la tercera Festa de la Clotxa, a la Llanterna Teatre Municipal de Móra d’Ebre, per a recaptar fons i divulgar els avanços en la recerca del càncer infantil.
Entre altres, el grup de Recerca Traslacional en Càncer en la Infància i l’Adolescència del Vall d’Hebron Institut de Recerca (VHIR), a càrrec del Dr. Sánchez de Toledo, ha fet un taller d’introducció a la recerca dirigit als infants i adolescents de la vila. La tercera edició també ha organitzat una caminada solidària i un àpat campestre, la Clotxa, amb l’objectiu de recaptar donacions per a recolzar la recerca del VHIR en càncer infantil, que aquest any ha arribat als 5.616,11€.
L’Acció Social va comptar amb la presència dels membres de "Matem lo Bitxo" amb la seva presidenta Anna Babiloni, els veïns de Móra d'Ebre, les autoritats municipals amb el regidor de Sanitat Raúl Oliván, i els membres del grup de recerca del VHIR Aroa Soriano, Marc Massana, Miguel Segura i Josep Sánchez de Toledo.
