Infrastructure and Technology Management The Infrastructure and Technology Management department is divided into three sub-directorates: the Medical Technology Sub-Directorate, which is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of medical equipment, its acquisition, commissioning, maintenance and removal; the Works Sub-Directorate, which is responsible for managing investments in projects and building works under the parameters of time, scope and quality and also oversees the Legal Technical Unit, which is responsible for the industrial safety of the facilities and the Self-Protection Plan; and the Maintenance Sub-Directorate, which is responsible for conserving and maintaining facilities and spaces, both new and existing, in charge of the production, conduction and transportation of energy and supplies, and is also in charge of minor adaptations of spaces and relocations.
