Nurse

I'm a specialist nurse in family and community nursing. I am part of the Quality Unit of the Directorate of Quality, Processes and Innovation. My activity is mainly in support of strategic planning, research in health services, support for improving clinical practice and quality management with a biopsychosocial approach

Curriculum

I joined the Quality Unit in April 2023.
Since I started my university studies in nursing, I have been taking an interest in the area
of community health and health education that is why I decided to do my internship in
family and community nursing.
During my years of work as a nurse I realized the importance of the role of nursing within
the interdisciplinary team and in the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of projects,
which made me interested in management and logistics activities.
At this time learning about tropical diseases, international cooperation and humanitarian action was a turning point in my professional career which is why, as soon as I finished my internship, I took the UAB Master in International Health and Cooperation.
Before joining the Quality Unit, I have participated in the monitoring, evaluation and dissemination of child malnutrition projects and community projects with a gender perspective in Ethiopia.
