Faculty Retreat VHIR
The meeting focused on the new VHIR Strategic Plan being developed for the period 2026-2030.
This weekend, the VHIR Faculty Retreat took place with the participation of around one hundred people, including research and management staff.
This year’s meeting focused on the new VHIR Strategic Plan currently being developed for the 2026–2030 period. On Friday afternoon, the event began with a presentation of the objectives, the working methodology, and the current situation. Participants then split into six working groups to identify the main challenges and prioritise those most relevant for the development of the Strategic Plan.
The following day, a teambuilding activity was held to strengthen group cohesion. Afterwards, the teams continued with collaborative working sessions to propose solutions to the identified challenges. The retreat concluded with a joint discussion and prioritisation of proposals, marking a starting point for the institution’s future strategic actions.
